Loudoun Youth Football Association is LYFA.
LYFA was established in 2016 as a working partnership between Ashburn Youth Football League (AYFL), Central Loudoun Youth Football League (CLYFL), Lower Loudoun Boys Football League (LLBFL), and Upper Loudoun Youth Football League (ULYFL) to ensure the continued participating and development of youth football serving Loudoun County and surrounding areas.
Current member leagues include AYFL, CLYFL, LLBFL and ULYFL.
The rationale behind the creation include increased awareness, safety, and excitement about football. This includes Fall Tackle Football, Spring Ultimate Flag and Flag. For more information visit a web site of each member league to get more details about how your child can plan as well as volunteer opportunities.
“LYFA exists to promote youth football in Loudoun County. Our member leagues are instructional leagues that place a strong emphasis on the safe and sound development of players and the fundamentals of football. We are focused on inspiring our youth to develop the critical life skills of sportsmanship, character and teamwork.”
Where should I register my kids for football and cheer?
If your child will go to the following High Schools then the league listed next to it is your league…we strongly encourage kids to participate in the leagues that maps to their zone high schools. This is beneficial to parents and children alike as well as the health and vitality of all LYFA members.
